  • WHERE DOES THIS STORE SHIP FROM?

    Richmond, Virginia, USA 

  • If you are local, you can pick up your purchases and save $ on shipping and/or insurance costs!
    Contact us to inquire about local pick up.
  • All online sales are shipped via either USPS or UPS depending on size and weight.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We add insurance to the price of our items. We will not be responsible for uninsured items being broken or stolen once they are out of our hands, so be advised these items are included in the price.
  • All sales are final. I will not be accepting returns so please be very sure you are happy with the item before buying it.
    No refunds or exchanges on items so please be sure to ask all questions and check and compare measurements before your purchase.
    Vintage items often come with imperfections as they are at least a couple decades old. I try to describe each item as exact as possible, and am sure to mention when there is a flaw of any kind in the item.
  • NOTE: If we find the shipping charge is substantially different from the cost you paid, we will be glad to refund the difference via PayPal. Please be sure you use a valid email address when ordering.                           

 

  • DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?

    We accept orders from USA and CANADA.
    We do not ship outside these zones at this time, sorry.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    I ship orders as soon as possible, (where my schedule allows) Please allow up to 5 days to receive notice of your items being shipped. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • HOW DO YOU SET YOUR PRICES?

    I offer clothing and other items at a fraction of their retail price. Factors that determine the resale price include; Designer or brand, supply and demand, condition, age and relevance to today’s contemporary styles and trends. In the case of Vintage or Antique, the quality, and condition is weighed as well.

  • HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? IS IT SECURE?

    The checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

  • DO YOU HAVE LOCAL PICK UP OR DELIVERY!

    Local delivery can also be arranged IN THE Richmond Virginia area ONLY for an additional fee. Contact us for more details.

    *NOTE: Furniture or other large items are sold locally ONLY and must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.

    Local pickup (IF AVAILABLE FOR YOUR PURCHASE) is a no-cost option for customers to pick up their online purchase directly from us. All orders will be held for 7 days and if not picked up within the allotted time, will be relisted.
