How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship Non Digital orders from USA ONLY.
We do not ship outside these zones at this time, sorry. 

(For digital goods, products are available worldwide and immediatly via download)

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. This is rare in circumstances, as most of our products do not require additional fees or delays.

How long does shipping take?

Q: How long before I receive it?
  
A: We normally ship by ePacket which usually takes 12-35 days (US), depending on logistics.

Q: How long before the item is shipped?
  
A: All orders shipped within 5 (except holidays).

Do you provide tracking information?

If your manner of shipping has tracking available (we always try to use services that have them,
but sometimes due to international costs, we may ship a less expensive way to save you extra costs) we will send you the tracking info via your email as soon as it becomes available (usually 2 to 3 days after initial shipping). You can track packages on this website:   http://www.17track.net

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
