INFORMATION FOR TANGIBLE ITEMS REFUNDS AND RETURNS ONLY

Note: Due to the nature of digital items they are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Order cancellation
Some orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one within 15 days of receiving our product.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (35 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If the item is broken, the wrong size or is the wrong item, you can get a refund or reshipment. All items must be in the original condition when returned (if you will be returning an item you will receive a return address after contact with me)

When can you not get a refund.
1. If the order has already shipped and you have simply changed your mind, you cannot apply for a refund.
2. If your card is stolen or used without permission it is up to you to take care of it and notify your bank immediately. We are not responsible for any purchases and can not issue refunds under any of these circumstanses.

If your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address) or
your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Treasured Scraps Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, etc)., or  other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Treasured Scraps Store,
*You can submit a refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (35 + 5 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message through your account dashboard.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
